Martin has been a Personal Trainer for 20 years. A key component of his training is based around essential core activation and functional movement. In 2017, Martin won his age class and was the overall winner of the SA NABBA Bodybuilding titles and has trained others that wish to compete. Martin enjoys all aspects of fitness, from strength training through to mobility and rehabilitation. As a qualified rehab trainer he targets inactive muscles to strength and improve mobility.
