This is a group fitness class which provides the fundamentals of Reformer Pilates to provide a whole body workout. Suitable for those that are new to Reformer Pilates or those who wish to refine their practice. Limited Spaces. Free for members. Online bookings not available. Take what you have learnt from the Reformers Beginner class and progress with Reformers Intermediate. In addition to the Reformer Bed, you will also use equipment such as weights, rings and balls to be progressed and challenged. This class requires a reasonable level of fitness and Pilates Reformer experience. $20 per class. 50 minutes in duration. Limited spaces. Online bookings available below.

She is enthusiastic about sharing her passion and knowledge of Pilates in her classes, where the focus is on body awareness, mobility, strength and health of the spine and joints. Renee has completed a Certificate IV in Pilates, leading her to not only fall in love with the movement, but also to gain an extensive understanding of the body. Renee is also available for Personal Training should you desire one-one-one guidance and support.
With 9 years as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, 4 years as a Clinical Pilates Instructor and a part time professional dancer, Jessica has passion for delivering Pilates mat and reformer sessions that are not only suitable and considerate to all abilities but also flow-centric and fun, that make the participants wonder where that time went!
Kim has been in the fitness industry for 13 years. She played netball growing up, explored aerial silks and dabbles in rock-climbing. Currently Kim teaches yoga, Pilates, BodyBalance. She enjoys a variety of exercise including hanging, lifting heavy as well as working on her flexibility and Mobily. She believes that movement is medicine, for the body and the mind.
During times when other forms of exercise she had relied on became impossible, she developed a love affair with Pilates. Her classes will draw from this with a mix of classical mat and reformer Pilates with new variations to tailor classes to be as dynamic, faced-paced or energetic as you desire! Her classes will be fun and will challenge you to work harder than you knew you could – a strong, effective and motivating experience!
