We offer over 170 classes throughout the week including Pilates, Cycle, Yoga, HIIT Style Classes and Les Mills Classes.

Members and non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness classes.

For help with booking in your class please refer to the below guide "how to book your group fitness class".

  • How to book your group fitness class
    1. Login to your online account using your email address and password
    2. You will automatically be directed to the 'Group Fitness' timetable which is located under 'Book'.
    3. Use the filter to select your service of interest ie group fitness or lap swimming                   
    4. Select 'Book'
    5. Select 'Book now'                  
      • Accounts with multiple payment plans will be prompted which individual they wish to register.
    6. Make Payment (casuals only)
      • Pay for a single session via credit/debit card.

    Credit/debit card

    1. Enter your credit/debit card details.
    2. Make payment.
    3. You will receive an email confirming booking.

    Be sure to check-in with the group fitness instructor when you arrive at your class to avoid any "no-show" registrations.

  • How to cancel your group fitness class
    1. Login
      • Use your email and password.
    2. Cancel booking
      • Navigate to “My Bookings”
      • Select "Cancel Booking"

    Casuals/multi-visits: Cancellations made no later than 30-minutes before your booking will result in a credit being added to your online customer account.

    Credits can be found by navigating to 'Shop' and then 'My purchases'.

    Bookings cannot be cancelled after your booking or less than 30-minutes prior and are not allocated a credit.


  • Group Fitness Conditions, cancellation policy and no-show policy.
    • Please arrive early to classes! Arrivals later than 3 minutes will not be permitted to enter. Late arrivals will have their space given to the next person in waiting.
    • Class bookings open 72 hours before with the exception of Reformer Pilates which opens 24 hours in advance. 
    • Be respectful and supportive of your fellow participants and our talented instructors.
    • Be upfront with your instructor about any physical limitations or injuries you may have, especially if you're pregnant.
    • Let the instructor know if it’s your first time in a fitness class.
    • The minimum age to attend group fitness is 12 years old.
    • ALL Reformer classes require GRIP SOCKS to be worn for hygiene purposes.
    • Some classes have a minimum age of 16 years (for example BodyPump). You will not be able to book into these classes online, if you are under 16 years of age.
    • If you need to leave early, do so in a way that won’t impact others or the flow of the class.
    • Please wipe down your equipment and put it away after the class.

    • No Show Policy:
      • Please be conscious of our community and remember to cancel your booking if you cannot attend your class
        3 "no-shows" to a booked class in a 7-day period may result in a 7-day exclusion from booking online. You will still be able to book on-site at the Centre before a class using the kiosk.
  • What to bring
    • Closed footwear must be worn when in the gym for all classes except the following where shoes are not to be worn:
      • Pilates - mat,
      • Yoga,
      • Flex, sculpt and tone,
      • Butt, thighs and tummies,
      • Pilates reformers (grip socks required).
    • Be prepared with your workout gear, towel and water bottle.
    • Boxing gloves are not supplied. Please bring yours for boxing classes
    • Gym mats are supplied but you are welcome to bring you own.
    • ALL Reformer classes require GRIP SOCKS to be worn for hygiene purposes.
  • Group Fitness Prices
