As one of Adelaide's premier health and fitness centres, we offer a vast selection of equipment designed to meet every fitness level. Our expansive facility ensures you won't have to wait for a machine, allowing you to focus on your workout and make the most of your time with us.

Gym Visits are available to members, casuals and fitness passport holders.

  • Gym Conditions of Use
    • Closed footwear must be worn at all times.
    • Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.
    • Gym towels must be used during your workout. The gym has a strict ‘no towel, no train’ policy.
    • Please do not drop weights on the gym floor.
    • Please put your weights away after use.
    • Please wipe down your equipment after use.
    • Please clear your locker at the end of your workout. 
    • Access to Group Fitness Classes requires a booking. 
    • Aggressive behaviour towards staff and or members will not be tolerated. 
    • Misuse or abuse of equipment will not be tolerated.
    • Please read and follow our Centre’s conditions of entry.
    • Access to the gym is prohibited for anyone that is under the age of 12.
    • Those between the age of 12 to 16 years are permitted to enter the gym if they are a current Gym & Swim Member. They are also required to have completed a Personal Exercise Program (gym induction) with a parent/guardian present.
    • A Personal Exercise Program is available for Gym & Swim Members and is strongly recommended before using the Gym.
