Josh has a diverse sporting background and has trained for several different sports including Swimming, Boxing, Muay Thai, Football, Basketball and Athletics. Rehabilitation and injury prevention has been a major part of his journey as an athlete, ranging from shoulder, back, hip and knee injuries/prevention – to post-operative rehab programs. Josh feels fortunate to have gained a variety of experience and knowledge through competing at the highest level and enjoys applying the skills he has learned to both training and life outside the gym.
