About our Commit and Save Membership
With a Gym & Swim Membership you will receive access to the Centre. You will also receive additional benefits that include the below, depending on availability:

Getting Started
1. Join online
Select Commit and Save Membership and follow the prompts. Please note: Flexi Membership, Family Memberships, High School Memberships and Corporate Memberships are not available online
2. In Centre
You can book an appointment with a Membership Services Officer by completing an enquiry form below. Alternatively, please call us on (08) 8198 0198 and we will book you in for an appointment.
We recommend pre-booking a time to avoid extended waiting times for the next available appointment, however walk-ins are welcome.
High School Memberships will need to provide a valid high school identification card at their appointment and bring along a parent or guardian to co-sign the paperwork if they are under 18. Under 18 years will be required to complete an introductory session with our trained staff before using the Gym. The parent will need to attend this session. Over 18 do not need to complete an introductory session however it is recommended for guidance and safe practices.

Gym & Swim Membership - How to Join online
- Select your membership of interest - follow the list of available options
- Once you have selected your membership, please register your details, create your password.
- Select 'Next'.
- Check your summary, complete the membership agreement and select 'Next'

Make payment
- Select your preferred payment method (bank details or credit card/debit card) for your contract and select 'next'.

- You will be taken to the payment gateway to make your initial payment which will need to be made by a credit/debit card.

Terms and Conditions
OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY
(1) This "Commit and Save Membership Sale 2024” Membership Sale (Promotion) is offered by the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre (Promoter), managed by YMCA Victoria on behalf of the Government of South
a. to be eligible for the offer:
i. you must not have an existing Gym & Swim Membership at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre.
ii. you must join on a Commit and Save Gym & Swim Membership at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre during the Promotional Period
ii. you must not have had a valid active membership contract within the last 6 weeks.
iv. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not available Swimming Lessons or Squad Memberships
(2) The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.
(3) Offer non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
(3) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
(4) The Promotion is available at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre between the dates of Monday 15 April 2024 to Tuesday 30 April 2024 (Promotion Period).
(5) Membership must start prior to or on the 30th of April 2024.
TERMS
(6) If you meet the criteria set out in clauses 1(a), you will receive 8 weeks free and, no joining fee on your Commit and Save Gym & Swim Membership, totalling 4 fortnightly direct debits.
(7) All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms.
(8) Normal pro-rata billing applies if the member joins part way through a billing cycle.
(9) The Promotion is only available at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre
(10) Cancellation of your Commit and Save membership prior to your minimum term will incur a cancellation fee of $300, as agreed to in writing at the time of joining.
(11) Once the contract fee or balance of minimum term are paid, the contract ceases immediately.

MISCELLANEOUS(12) YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.
(13) To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.
(14) Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).
(15) Members and Participants will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
