Summer Sale

OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY

(1) This "Summer Sale 2025" Membership Sale (Promotion) is offered by the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre (Promoter), managed by YMCA Victoria on behalf of the Government of South

a. to be eligible for the offer:

i. you must not have an existing Gym & Swim Membership at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre.

ii. you must join on a Gym & Swim Membership at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre during the Promotional Period

ii. you must not have had a valid active membership contract within the last 12 weeks.

iv. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not available Swimming Lessons or Squad Memberships

(2) The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.

(3) Offer non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

(3) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

(4) The Promotion is available at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre between the dates of Monday 13^th to Wednesday 29^th January 2025 (Promotion Period).

(5) Member must join prior to or on the 29^th January 2025.

TERMS

(6) If you meet the criteria set out in clauses 1(a), you will receive a two-part offer.

Part 1: Upon joining you will receive no joining fee and 2 weeks free.

Part 2: Upon completing your free fortnight and five consecutive full direct debit payments, you will be entitled to an additional four weeks free of charge (two direct debit fees).

(7) All other applicable fees and charges in respect of the membership will be payable in accordance with the applicable membership terms. Your membership will otherwise be governed by such membership terms.

(8) The Promotion is only available at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre

(9) Cancellation of any minimum set term membership, as agreed to in writing at the time of joining, will incur a Cancellation Fee as noted in the contract of agreement with the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre.

(10) The cancellation notice period specified in your contract of agreement does not include the initial 2-week free period. If a cancellation notice is received during the free period for a flexi membership, the notice will not begin until the free period ends. A minimum notice period of 14 days after the free period is required. Cancellation of your Commit and Save membership prior to your minimum term will incur a cancellation fee of $300, as agreed to in writing at the time of joining.

If a cancellation notice is received within the first full 8 fortnights of your membership you void the 4-week free period given as specified in (6) Part 2. If cancellation notice is given during the 4-week period, you will forfeit the remaining free period and be required to make one final payment prior to ending the membership.

(11) A prorata fee will apply if the join date is prior to the next direct debit, with the free period beginning from the first direct debit.

MISCELLANEOUS

(11) YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice.

(12) To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.

(13) Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).

(14) Members and Participants will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
