    During your initial session, your personal trainer can:

    • Assess your level of fitness
    • Help you establish what you want to achieve with your training
    • Identify your preferred methods of training.

    With ongoing training, your personal trainer can:

    • Develop an individualised program for you
    • Work with you to provide support and keep you motivated
    • Progress your form and technique in a variety of exercises
    • Monitor and measure your progress over time
    • Adjust your training program to keep you interested and challenged.

  • The Zone sessions
    'The Zone’ is the ultimate functional training space designed specifically for personal training and small group training. The space is fitted out with battle ropes, kettle bells, matrix, TRX and Torsinator, bumper weight plates and cardio equipment all with the intention of getting you out of your comfort zone.

    You can choose to book some, or all, of your personal training sessions in 'The Zone' for no additional cost.
  • Body Scan: Body Composition Analysis

    Gain an understanding of your body composition with a Body Scan, now available at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre. Using the SOZO Body Composition Analyser, you will be equipped with the knowledge of metrics such as body fat mass and skeletal muscle mass to help you achieve your goals! Be sure to undertake a follow up Body Scan to gain valuable insight into your progress in the gym!

    • BRONZE: Scan and Body Scan Results Program: $65
    • SILVER: Scan, Body Scan Results Program and a 30 minute Personal Training Session: $95

    YOUR METHOD CHOICES

    Plan your method in your assessment

    1. PROGRAM BASED METHOD [COMING SOON]
    Be guided through your program by your coach alongside your session team members - look for the Flex, Sweat or Strength Program sessions depending on your goals.

    2. CIRCUIT BASED METHOD [AVAILABLE NOW]
    Be pushed to your absolute maximum in these circuit sessions to achieve your mobility, cardio or strength goals - either Flex, Stretch or Strength Circuit sessions.

    If you want the benefits of a structured training method with a little more variety, a combination of the above methods may be what you are looking for.

    1. FLEX 

    Flex sessions have flexibility training on both the mat and reformers, purely aimed at increasing your flexibility, mobility and core strength. These can either be 30 minute or 60 minutes in duration. Currently available for circuit methods.

    2. SWEAT
    Expect to get that heart rate up in Sweat sessions to help strengthen your cardiovascular system - and burn lots of calories while doing so. These can either be 30 minute or 60 minutes in duration. Currently available for circuit methods.

    3. STRENGTH
    Strength sessions use resistance and weights to build your muscles and improve your strength. These can either be 30 minute or 60 minutes in duration. Currently available for circuit methods.
