Specialties
Caitlin has a background in netball coaching and training, from juniors up to high level teams in her local country club. Her passion for helping her clients build muscle and power, continues both for sports and everyday life. With a strong interest in HIIT, plyometrics and sports dynamics, Caitlin’s number one goal is to help promote results in her clients and improving performance. Caitlin enjoys getting to know all her clients and developing programs that are suited to their individual needs.
