Exercise Physiology is open for Individual Hydro and Gym bookings with an Exercise Physiologist. Please contact our Reception between 8.30am and 4.30pm on 8198 0137 to arrange an appointment.

SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre has a team of accredited Exercise Physiologists who are university qualified allied health professionals.

Exercise Physiologists specialise in the prevention, treatment and management of chronic disease and injuries through exercise. Your Exercise Physiologist will work in conjunction with your other treating health professionals (e.g. GP, physiotherapist, dietitian) to develop a tailored exercise program which includes: exercise delivery, advice and support, and assistance with successfully changing lifestyle behaviours.

Our Exercise Physiologists provide individual and small group consultations in both the gym and hydrotherapy pool onsite.
