We offer over 150 classes throughout the week including Pilates, Cycle, Yoga, HIIT Style Classes and Les Mills Classes.
Members and non-members are welcome to participate in group fitness classes.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions
Classes in the category are low-impact and use minimal equipment. Relax and unwind with a Yoga class or improve your mobility with a Pilates class.
Barre Free is a fun energetic workout, using a chair that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates and yoga. This class will tone, define and sculpt the whole body whilst improving your flexibility, balance and strength with an added cardio element.
Barre Flex and Stretch
Barre Flex & Stretch is a fun, energising and uplifting workout that combines elements of a Barre class (using a chair) to define and sculpt the whole body whilst improving your flexibility, balance and strength. This is a flowing stretch class to improve flexibility, balance as well as your mind & body connection.
Les Mills Body Balance
Les Mills Body Balance, will focus on controlled breathing and concentration, combines Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi to create a holistic workout that brings the body and mind into a state of harmony and balance.
Butts, Thighs and Tummies
A Pilates inspired class that tones, sculpts and tightens the lower body. With a focus on core strength to help shape the waist. A combination of exercises using body weight, resistance bands and sliders will target those problems and keep you guessing what will come next.
Get Grounded Outdoor Yoga
Get Grounded is a Dru Yoga style class that moves participants through this graceful form of yoga based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. This class works on body, mind and spirit and may assist participants to improve strength, flexibility and core stability all while deeply relaxing and rejuvenating their whole being. This gentle session will aim to support you to find your own level of comfort and strength within sequences and postures. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Pilates Flex, Sculpt and Tone
A variety of Pilates inspired exercises will help to strengthen, stretch, create lean muscle and shape the body. An emphasis on stability and balance you’ll notice improved flexibility and body awareness. Tone and sculpt your body targeting glutes, back, arms, legs and core. By the time you finish you will leave feeling long, lean and toned with this full body workout.
A slow paced, gentle style of Yoga that is good for any level. It will help relieve stress and leave you feeling strong and re-energised. The 75 min class will include a extended Yoga Nidra relaxation practice.
Inner Peace Yoga
Inner Peace Yoga is a Dru Yoga style class that moves participants through this graceful form of yoga based on a soft flowing sequences, visualisations, thoughts and concepts to invite change and inner calm. This class works on body, mind and spirit and may assist participants to improve strength, flexibility and core stability all while deeply relaxing and rejuvenating their whole being. Ideal for everyone who enjoys Body Balance and is wishing to take it to the next step with Power Body Balance. You’ll strengthen your entire body, improve flexibility, and leave the class feeling calm and centred.

Strong Yoga Flow
A vinyasa flow style class that integrates strength, flexibility, concentration and the breath

Yoga for Stress Relief
This gentle yoga session has been put together using postures, breathing and meditation practices, that will help relieve stress at physical, mental and emotional level. Pregnancy welcome.
Cardio classes include a variety of exercises to get you moving and your heart rate pumping.
A group training class where you will learn safe boxing and pad work techniques. Develop upper body strength, core stability and agility all while improving your cardiovascular fitness. Experience an intense total body and cardio workout. BYO gloves and pads.
A high-intensity boxing class that builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This group fitness workout can take a variety of formats such as shadow boxing, hitting pads, shuttle runs and bodyweight exercises. Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you're comfortable with. Les Mills Body Attack
This high-energy interval training class combines aerobic movements with strength and stabilisation exercise. Dynamic instructors and music motivates everyone towards their fitness goals.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate intermittent training, alternating fast and slow rhythms and resistance training.
This class is Perfect for Active older adults or people new to Zumba, who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong.
Strength and Tone Classes
These classes use a range of resistance, free weight or small weight equipment with a combination of exercise to strengthen and tone your muscles.
Les Mills Body Pump
Challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight to inspire you to get results you came for.
Functional Full Body Circuit
A functional strength workout that focuses on working your whole body. Mixed circuit of strength, body weight and cardio exercises.
Lower Body Blast
A freestyle class packed with sculpting and toning exercises to target the glutes, thighs and core. Using optional weights to blast the lower body with squats, bridges, kicks, lunges and so much more.
A light paced class using hand weights and barbells, designed to strengthen and tone participants, mixed with gentle cardio to lift the heart rate with everyone able to work at their own level. It’s fun and very social.
Total Body Burn
This class will build a foundation, with plenty of strength and mobility exercises, adding in cardio to burn out each muscle group, in this high energy circuit class.
Total Body Strength
A strength-based class designed to burn calories while building strength and endurance. This class will target and challenge all muscle groups, working with supersets to burn out each muscle group.
Total Upper Body Burn
A upper body strength workout to help sculpt and strengthen the key areas of biceps, triceps, back, chest and shoulders using a mixture of bodyweight, bands and light weights. Feel the burn with a combination of curls, presses and pushing exercises.

HIIT Style Classes
Join us for HIIT style classes in the EPIC series and ULTIMATE series. These classes feature a range of interval training including HIIT or Tabata and will combine this with other exercise formats including AMRAPS, ladders and circuits.
The interval training component of the classes in this category will include alternating short phases of intense exercise with each of these phases followed by a less intense recovery phases.

Ultimate Step Power
A Step class with a mixture of HIIT, cardio and conditioning exercises with the use of a step and optional weights. Experience the ultimate mix of strength, plyometric, weighted and bodyweight exercises in this full body high energy workout.
Low impact classes held in deep or shallow water that provides a natural resistance workout for your whole body. All Aqua classes (with the exception of stroke correction) are suitable for pregnancy. Please let the instructor know you are pregnant prior to the class so they can give you alternative options to any exercises that aren’t suitable during pregnancy.
Aqua Shallow and Aqua Deep
From the basic stage for beginners, to the highly advanced stage for experts there are a variety of programs, involving the use of upper and lower body. The goal of Aqua is to augment the cardiovascular conditioning. The resistance of water gives strength and flexibility, leading to better muscular endurance and balance.
Workout in the water with a blend of low to medium impact exercises that aim to promote cardiorespiratory fitness, strength, mobility, and wellness. Shallow and deep-water classes available.
This workout consists of short, cardio bursts of exercises, followed by active recovery. Intense training in the water generates cardio. Plus some fun dance and cardio workouts in the water.

Aqua Dance Party
A fun Dance class in the pool. AQUA Dance Party will be music of the 1990’s and 2000’s. Come along and have a fun dance and cardio workout in the water.

Aqua Epic Power
High intensity interval training, functional, cardio, plyometric and strength session that is designed to improve your strength and cardiovascular fitness, and build lean muscle. This class uses noodles, dumbbells, flying discs and bodyweight exercises. EPIC will will take your fitness and strength to a new level. Get ready for an EPIC workout.
Aqua Kick, Splash, Jab
Kick, Splash and Jab your way in this high energy water class, that combines traditional boxing moves and high intensity interval training. This will increase fitness, strengthen the core, improve endurance and burn calories.
Aqua Strength and Fitness
Fun and Fitness! This class will take your aquatic workout to the next level. A fun, but tough water workout to strengthen and tone.
Using a 45 minute workout which consists of short, cardio bursts of exercises, followed by active recovery. Intense training in the water generates cardio.
The same as Zumba but in the water! It is a fun as it sounds. Splashing, singing, laughing and fun so you are sure to leave with a smile on your face.
A swim technique and stroke correction class. Improves your stroke and become more efficient in the water. Suitable for all ages and levels.
Reformer Pilates are 50 minutes and a fantastic way to improve strength and flexibility whilst having fun. Using the Pilates Reformer machine, you will work on balance, alignment, core strength and muscle tone. The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual strength and flexibility.

Reformer Cardio Sculpt
A classic Reformer class with added high intensity whole body exercises. A challenging class designed to lift the heart rate, transform the body, working on strength and endurance. Centred around the many applications of the reformer, with added weights, balls, and rings.
Reformer Lower Body Blast
A challenging lower body Reformer class that tones, sculpts, and tightens the lower body. With a focus on core strength to help shape the waist, glutes, and legs. Using A combination of exercises on the reformer, with the inclusion of weights, balls, and rings,
Reformer Pilates Blend
A challenging classic Reformer Pilates class that works the body entire body, using Traditional reformer exercises, with equipment and some weights.
Reformer Power Pilates
This high energy style Reformer Pilates class will keep you motivated and challenged. This style uses classical Pilates as a foundation and builds from there adding in variations to the movement and possible use of equipment. Power your way through this workout designed to target strength and control.
How to book your group fitness class or pool visit
- Login to your online account using your email address and password
- You will automatically be directed to the 'Group Fitness/Lap & Leisure Swimming' timetable which is located under 'Book'.
- Use the filter to select your service of interest ie group fitness or lap swimming
- Select 'Book'
- Select 'Book now'
- Accounts with multiple payment plans will be prompted which individual they wish to register.
- Make Payment (casuals only)
- Pay for a single session via credit/debit card.
- Enter your credit/debit card details.
- Make payment.
- You will receive an email confirming booking.
How to manage your Group Fitness or Pool Visit booking (cancel booking)
- Use your email and password.
- Cancel booking
- Navigate to “My Bookings”
- Select "Cancel Booking"
Casuals/multi-visits: Cancellations made no later than 30-minutes before your booking will result in a credit being added to your online customer account.
Credits can be found by navigating to 'Shop' and then 'My purchases'.
Bookings cannot be cancelled after your booking or less than 30-minutes prior and are not allocated a credit.
Group Fitness Conditions, cancellation policy and no-show policy.
- Please arrive early to classes, late arrivals are not permitted to enter.
- Be prepared with your workout gear, towel and water bottle. Boxing gloves are not supplied.
- Be respectful and supportive of your fellow participants and our talented instructors.
- Be upfront with your instructor about any physical limitations or injuries you may have, especially if you're pregnant.
- Let the instructor know if it’s your first time in a fitness class.
- The minimum age to attend group fitness is 13 years old.
- ALL Reformer classes require GRIP SOCKS to be worn for hygiene purposes.
- Some classes have a minimum age of 16+ years. You will not be able to book into these classes online, if you are under 16 years of age.
- If you need to leave early, do so in a way that won’t impact others or the flow of the class.
- Please wipe down your equipment and put it away after the class.
