Offering a unique birthday party experience with our own Wibit Inflatable Obstacle Course. Including a pre-ordered party menu and ice-cream cake.
BYO cakes will incur a small cakeage fee.
Party times are limited so be sure to hurry and book to secure your preferred date.
Ages: For 6+ years. A parent or guardian may be required to accompany the child onto WIBIT depending on the child’s ability/mobility (at the discretion of supervisor). Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted on WIBIT.
Duration: 1.75 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time for a safety brief and lifejacket fittings
Party Size: Minimum number of children 10, maximum 16 (including party child)
Cost: $35 per child

One food selection per party, no individual orders – dietary requirements can be accommodated
All parties include choice of chips or potato twister, juice box and water and includes a choice of:
- Nuggets
- Hot Dog
- Spring Rolls (v)
- 1/2 Wrap (Ham/Chicken/Cheese or Falafel (ve))
v = Vegetarian ve = Vegan
Adult Platters (available upon request)
All parties include one complimentary Neapolitan Ice Cream Cake (a secondary cake for $20 is recommended to be purchased for parties over 14 guests).

Birthday Party Terms and Conditions
By payment of the birthday party deposit the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
Party Policies
- Wibit birthday parties are for children 6 years and over. Children under the age of 6 will not be permitted on WIBIT.
- It is essential children participating in Wibit birthday parties are competent swimmers in water above their heads.
- Lifejackets are required for the Wibit and will be provided.
- An unsupervised child of poor swimming ability regardless of age will be removed from the water by a staff if the staff member is concerned for the safety of that child.
- Birthday Party Hosts will provide supervision whilst travelling to Wibit, on Wibit, to designated party area and back to Concourse/Grandstand
- There is a NO BALLOON Policy at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre
- There is no access to the party area before food service time.
- Party areas are assigned depending on availability. Requested party areas cannot be guaranteed.
- Upon conclusion of the party, organisers and their guests will be escorted from the party area to the Concourse or Grandstand for repatriation with their guests parents/guardian.
- We would appreciate, for timing purposes that children arrive dressed and ready for the water 10 minutes before the stated party time.
Bookings, Confirmation and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of $70.00 dollars is to be paid to secure the date and time of the party. This amount is taken off the total bill.
- Party numbers and food choices must be finalised 5 days prior to the party.
- All bookings must be paid in full by 12:00 pm on the Wednesday preceding the booked party date, with final confirmation of numbers and menu selection. NO CHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS TIME.
- Parties cancelled 24 hours prior to the party will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total party booking.
- There is no refund for guests who do not attend once final confirmed attendance numbers have been submitted and paid for.
Medical Conditions
- Please advise your party host of any medical conditions for the safety of the guests and staff.
- The entire Centre is a smoke free Zone.
Food Information
- Change to: No changes to catering will be permitted after 3pm on Thursday prior to your party.
- No external catering or food are permitted to be brought into the Centre. Party bags excluded.
- No additional food or drink brought into the Centre is to be consumed during the party.
- Metal utensils, glassware, crockery and alcohol are not permitted in the Centre.
- The SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre café is available for purchasing of food and drinks.
- We are a Nut Friendly Zone – we cannot guarantee a Nut Free Zone.
- Special dietary requirements must be arranged and finalised with confirmation of the booking before the party. An extra cost will apply, discussed at the time of the customer’s confirmation
- No dietary requirements can be changed on the day.
Water Based Activities
- Pool rules are to be observed at all times. If the children do not obey the pool rules they may be asked to sit out.
- The WIBIT is NOT exclusive to party guests.
- Wibit parties are allocated 1 hour on Wibit and must be during the specified booking time.
- Children must by 6 years + to use Wibit.
Legal Obligations
- The SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of personal property or gifts left in the facility prior, during or after the party. The parent/guardian of the birthday child and other guests attending the party will be responsible for any damage to or sustained to the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre by the client, or invitees, other than damage cause by the management or staff. The SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre will not accept responsibility for any injuries sustained to any person as a result of equipment installed or utilised within the venue by the client or parties acting on behalf of the client.
Camera and Video Policy
- It is illegal to broadcast or publish images without consent.
- There is NO use of video cameras in the centre
- Under NO circumstances are cameras to be used in changing room areas
- You must have consent from all relevant individuals
