Alex’s passion for fitness stems from an extensive background in indoor/beach volleyball and track. After completing her Certificate III and IV, Alex joined the health and fitness industry. She enjoys engaging in one-on-one sessions, building relationships and assisting people in creating and sustaining realistic long-term goals.
Additionally, Alex currently studies a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree which has provided her with a wealth of knowledge and experience working with/supporting people living with mental health conditions. Most recently, Alex and her fiancé are training and working towards competing in an Australian Hyrox competition!
Outside of training you’ll catch Alex down the beach with her border collie ‘Finn’ or adventuring Kuitpo forest!
