Alex’s passion for fitness stems from an extensive indoor/beach volleyball and track background. After completing her Certificate III and IV, Alex joined the health and fitness industry. She is looking forward to engaging in one-on-one sessions, building relationships and assisting you in creating and accomplishing realistic long-term goals.
Alex specialises in:
- Weight loss
- Strength and conditioning training
- HIIT (high-intensity interval training).
- Working with clients across all age demographics in designing programs that offer educational, physical and mental benefits.
