‘7-Day Free Pass’ PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Terms)
OFFER AND ELIGIBILITY
(1) This ‘7-Day Free Pass (Promotion) is offered at SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, managed by YMCA Aquatic & Event Services LTD ABN 16 148 092 148.
a. To be eligible for the 7-day free pass:
i. you must not be an existing Gym & Swim Member at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre.
ii. you must register and activate your free pass by Sunday 17 March 2024. Passes can be activated on our website or at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre with a Membership Services Officer.iii. you must have not have had a 7-day trial to the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre within the last 6 months.
(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion does not apply if you sign up for swimming lessons, gymnastics or other program memberships.
(3) The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, unless approved in writing by YMCA.
(4) By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
(5) The Promotion is available at SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre between the dates of the Friday 8 March 2024 and Sunday 17 March 2024 (Promotion Period).
TERMS(6) If you meet the criteria set out in clauses 1(a), you will receive a free 7 day-pass to the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre.
a. You must activate your pass between the Promotion Period
b. Your pass includes Gym, Group Fitness, Pool Access, Steam Room and Sauna. It does not include Creche or Lockers
c. You must follow the booking procedure at the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre. Online bookings are required for Group Fitness. Bookings are required for Pool Access (online or walk-in).

MISCELLANEOUS(7) YMCA reserves the right to amend, cease and / or revoke the Promotion prior to the end of the Promotion Period in its sole discretion and without notice. (2) To the extent permitted by law, YMCA will not be liable to any person for any cost, loss, damage, liability, expense or claim arising, whether directly or indirectly, in connection with the Promotion.
(8) Any dispute or situation not covered by these terms, will be resolved by YMCA management in a manner it deems to be fair (acting reasonably).
(9) Members and Participants will be bound by their terms of membership with YMCA. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of membership and these Terms, these Terms will take priority.
