With over 9+ years’ experience as a Personal Trainer, Tyarna has advanced knowledge in resistance training and nutrition for general wellbeing as well as competition. With a strong interest in educating her clients on the importance of balance in both areas. She believes that “You have to make your training and nutrition work for YOU! Instead of molding yourself to work for it. The only way you can ensure consistency is by finding a way to keep your goals realistic to fit your lifestyle.”

Tyarna thoroughly enjoys working with the general population of all age and demographics and looks forward to being able to help you push past any barriers and Health & Fitness goals.

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Personal Training
  • Diploma in Fitness
  • Diploma in Nutrition
  • Apply First Aid & CPR
  • Currently studying bachelor’s in Human Nutrition
