    Join us for "Start Strong & Fit for 2024"

    Start your year strong with our 8-week challenge. Work with one of our trainers and get a tailored program for 8-weeks, whether it is building strength, getting better at running or enhancing sport performance. At the end of the challenge, we judge the winners of the challenge by increased skeletal muscle mass and decreased body fat mass.

    INCLUDES:

    • 8x 60-minute 1 on 1 sessions with a trainer.
    • 8-week training program tailored to your goals and routine.
    • 1x team bootcamp midway through the challenge.
    • 1x compression therapy session voucher at plunge recovery.
    • 2x body scans (start and end)

    1. Submit a ‘request to register’ form on this page. Please make sure you specify your preferred trainers. Please note spaces are limited per trainer – we will advise you of the result of your preferred trainer requests.
    2. Once you have confirmed and accepted your allocated trainer, you will be given a link to purchase your a 8-pack of personal training from the online customer portal. These will also be available from the front desk

    Alex

    Alex’s passion for fitness stems from an extensive indoor/beach volleyball and track background. After completing her Certificate III and IV, Alex joined the health and fitness industry. She is looking forward to engaging in one-on-one sessions, building relationships and assisting you in creating and accomplishing realistic long-term goals.
    Amelia

    Amelia’s passion for the fitness industry has developed from an extensive background in sport, starting from a young age. Her growing passion for fitness and experience with coaching and helping others achieve their goals has inspired her to enter the industry. After recently completing her certificate III and IV Amelia is Excited and enthusiastic about her entry into the fitness industry and plans to continue to develop and grow as a trainer through her exercise physiology studies at university. Amelia’s training based interests are sports specific training, specialising in power, plyometrics and strength as well as injury rehabilitation and prevention training. Amelia aspires to help members of all ages and abilities to create and reach their goals no matter how big or small.
    Caitlin

    Caitlin has a background in netball coaching and training, from juniors up to high level teams in her local country club. Her passion for helping her clients build muscle and power, continues both for sports and everyday life. With a strong interest in HIIT, plyometrics and sports dynamics, Caitlin’s number one goal is to help promote results in her clients and improving performance. Caitlin enjoys getting to know all her clients and developing programs that are suited to their individual needs.
    Brooke

    With experience as a Strength and Conditioning coach in female cricket and football, Brooke has key interests in exercises to reduce risk of injury and to increase performance. Brooke specialises in resistance and aerobic training and enjoys working with athletes and the general population of all age demographics.
    Ruby

    I am passionate and determined that I can help others achieve their goals whether it involves getting stronger, increasing muscle mass, toning and weight loss. I would love to be given the opportunity to assist you throughout this journey.
    Adam

    Adam has always been passionate about sport, health and fitness. He has recently joined the fitness industry, completing his cert III and cert IV. He is working towards training and coaching athletes in the future. He’s had experience in club soccer and tennis. Adam’s passionate about bringing people into their full potential in health, fitness, mobility and strength.
