Jess has been a PT for 8 years and has worked with a broad base of clients. Everything from sportspeople to kids and all the way up to 60yo’s. Jess has qualifications in Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning, Weight Management, Pre and Post Natal, Foam Roller training, TRX training and Kettlebell training. Jess focuses on targeting the main areas of movement in the body, along with correcting inactive muscles and movements.
