As a mother of two children, Kathryn understands it can be challenging to find a healthy balance between looking after yourself and others. As such, she values that fitness is for everyone and will help you find exercises that you enjoy. With 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, Kathryn is passionate about improving quality of life for adults. With a focus on functional training, she specialises in building strength, improving balance, and preventing falls. Kathryn cares about helping people who may be experiencing lifestyle changes, medical conditions, or injuries. She enjoys promoting exercise for not only physical health but also for mental health. Kathryn has studied in nursing, midwifery and is currently studying psychology.
