Renee has an eye for movement! Being an athlete herself, she has been immersed in the sports culture her entire life. Renee has worked with many teams in her career ranging from Netball, Football and Swimming and in turn, loves working with athletes. Renee is also experienced and qualified in Pilates to help broaden her knowledge and movement repertoire. She loves incorporating Pilates into her programming to create her own style of movement, with a focus on mobility and strength.

Qualifications

  • Cert IV in Pilates
  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • ASCA Accredited Level 1 Strength & Conditioning
  • Apply First Aid & CPR
