Zac is passionate about inspiring his clients and ensuring they leave feeling good about themselves, whether it be by increasing their fitness or strength, helping them lose weight or gaining muscle. Zac has experience in a range of sports, in addition to working with everyday people aiming to lead a healthy lifestyle. His experience in coaching ensures he works well with beginners to teach them the basics of resistance training. In doing so his clients develop correct technique and feel confident in themselves.
