At SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre, we strive to continuously enhance our services based on valuable feedback from our customers. We are excited to announce an update to your lap swimming and rehabilitation lane visit to improve your experience.

We have been listening to feedback and starting Monday, 4 March, 2024, we will be transitioning away from the current booking system for lap swimming and rehabilitation lanes. Instead, we are introducing a new and improved lap lane availability guide which we have been working hard on to develop. This change aims to streamline the process and make it more convenient for you to enjoy swimming with us.

You will be able to view the availability guide for Monday, 4 March 2024 from Wednesday, 27 February.

Benefits of the new system:

  1. Convenient and simplified experience: Ease of checking availability without having to log in and book

  2. Access improvements: Multi-visit passes can now access via the gates without having to check in

  3. Shows lane availability

  4. Flexibility

  5. Avoiding cancellations and no-shows

Please be mindful that our pools are shared spaces and at different times of the year, lap lanes may be limited or closed to accommodate school carnivals and other special events.

While the new system enhances accessibility, we encourage all customers to check lane availability before arriving to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We believe these updates will enhance your overall experience and provide more flexibility in your lap swimming routine.

If you have any questions about the new process, please reach out to us by sending us a message and we will be in contact https://saaquatic.ymca.org.au/contact-us
