On Wednesday, 24 August, the SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre will bring you an online customer portal, with each Swimming Lessons Member, Gym & Swim Member and valid Multi-Visit Pass Holder being allocated their own account.

Fitness Passport Holders will need to visit the Centre to finalise setting up their online account. An email will be sent to Fitness Passport holder with more information.

The online customer portal is one of the most significant developments in the history of the Centre, and we are so proud to bring it to you.

  • Make online purchases: visit the online shop feature to purchase your personal training packs or single sessions.

Current Swimming Lessons

REGISTERING AN ABSENTEE AND MAKE-UP LESSONS

Please ensure you notify us before the commencement of the lesson that you will receive your make-up lesson token. Registering your absence before the class will enable you to book your make-up lesson using your online customer portal.

Providing this notification also allows another student to utilise your space for the session.

Your child’s progression is essential. We advise that you use your make-up lesson in a timely manner. As such, there will be a 90-day expiry on all make-up lessons.

From Wednesday, 24 August, you can access your customer portal whenever you need it. Register your absence and book your make-up lesson, with the flexibility and convenience to simplify your booking.

On Wednesday 24 August, logins and password creation requests will be sent via an email that will provide instructions.

SYSTEM DOWNTIME

Due to the system changeover, there will a temporary pause on SA Aquatic lesson moves, make-ups, and absentee notifications from 12pm Tue 23/08/22 to 8am Wed 24/08/22. Please see us before or after this interruption for your lesson request.

DIRECT DEBITS

The SA Aquatic & Leisure Centre will continue to process membership direct debits each fortnight. There are no hidden fees for this new service. The online customer portal will simply provide you with greater flexibility, convenience, and more options to connect with the Centre.

Due to our system change, the narration on member bank statement from the debit on Thursday, 1 September 2022, may be slightly different from previous transactions.

SUPPORT

We understand that this new feature can feel overwhelming. That’s why we will not only have online guides, but pop-up support stations will be available at the Centre from Wednesday, 24 August.

These pop-up stations will help you set up and show you how to use the system. From Wednesday, 24 August, please see us and chat with one of our friendly staff to get you started.
