Chantelle specialises in strength and HIIT training suited to everyone’s needs. As a trainer she also prides herself in forming a connection with her clients to not only help their physical needs, but mental and emotional to improve all aspects of life.

Chantelle has many years experience in barbell lifts having previously done CrossFit for several years. If you are looking to improve your lifts, or experience a tough but rewarding workout, Chantelle is the trainer for you!
