Abraham's passion is about seeing his clients progress for the long term and believes in training smarter, not harder. When training with Abraham, expect to work hard and have a periodised approach to your training.

Abraham's experience in Muay Thai training, with a coaching background as well, has led to this approach. Abraham also has experience with building strength and improving balance in older adults as well with training younger athletes.

While Abraham is not training, you will almost always catch him bouldering or grabbing a coffee at Brighton.

Qualifications

  • Certificate 3 in Fitness
  • Certificate 4 in Fitness
  • First Aid and CPR
  • Level 1 & 2 Boxing Instructor
  • Strength for Life instructor
